HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Notify us ASAP of your intention for an exchange so we can hold an alternative item for you.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
YOU CAN RETURN
Item's in original condition, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, soiled or altered in anyway, garment tags must be attached and in original packaging.
WHAT IS NON REFUNDABLE
For obvious reasons these items cannot be returned unless faulty Hosiery, Latex, Candles, Oils, Lubricant's, Vibrators & Kegel Balls if packaging has been opened or damaged.
Panties, Bodysuits that have been worn (apart from being tried on) used or altered will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Item's that are Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed.
Toys & Bondage item's in any condition, due to our hygiene responsibility and the Australian Law. (Unless Faulty Please Contact Us)
NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS (Unless faulty please choose carefully)
Gift Cards sales are final.
We hope no faulty products come your way but if you do encounter a problem please let us know ASAP your replacement item will be shipped back to you within 7 days, as long as your item is deemed faulty and has not been tampered with.
If your item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or alternatively if you want to change your item we are happy to arrange this for you.
WE ACCEPT POSTAGE COST FOR FAULTY ITEMS ONLY
If you would prefer to have a store credit you can spend this up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Send your return with a tracking number from Australia Post as we will not accept responsibility for item's lost in the post.
If you are making an exchange please include a prepaid mailing bag with your exchange so we can send your replacement item back to you.
Faulty Items we will cover the postage cost (No prepaid bag will be required)
