What is your return policy?

For Sexy Lingerie, Accessories & Sexy Costumes

  • 30 day hassle free returns
  • You can exchange, credit or refund item's which do not fit, unusable or faulty

For Adult Toys & Bondage & Play

  • 30 day replacement warranty (for faulty products)
  • May have an extended 1 year warranty from the manufacturer 
  • You will be required to register your new toy directly with the manufacturer's website
  • Due to health regulations and the Australian Law, and added protection for our customers we cannot offer returns or exchanges
  • Please choose carefully and rest assure we are here to help if you encounter any issues with your new toy

What item's can i return?

  • Item's in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • Not damaged, soiled or altered in anyway
  • In original packaging with garment tags still attached

What item's are non returnable?

  • Panties, hosiery, bodystockings, pasties, wigs and adult products as they pose a hygiene risk 
  • Item's that are incomplete, not in the orginal unworn condition, items that have been washed, tags removed, smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume, have human and / or animal hair on them, that are soiled or stained
  • Final sale items / Clearance items (these are discontinued lines)

My item is faulty?

  • Contact us ASAP by filling out the above form
  • Please email photo's of the faulty item to sales@missbossylingerie.com.au
  • If there is no replacement available we will give you a full refund including postage costs 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Postage cost are non refundable for returns & exchanges
  • You will be responsible for return shipping charges
  • We cover postage cost if the product is faulty

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days
